Tư thế chiến đấu của quái thú có thể được thay đổi theo 2 cách: thủ công hay bởi hiệu ứng bài.
Thay đổi tư thế chiến đấu thủ công chỉ có thể được thực hiện khi trạng thái trò chơi được mở vào Giai đoạn Chính của bạn. Nó sẽ hoàn tất khi tư thế chiến đấu của một quái thú bạn điều khiển được thay đổi.
Mỗi quái thú chỉ có thể thay đổi tư thế chiến đấu thủ công một lần trong lượt.
You cannot change the battle position of a monster manually during the same turn it was Summoned, Normal Set, or declared an attack (even if the attack was negated or canceled due to a replay).
You cannot change monsters to face-down Attack Position whether manually or by a card effect.[note] Face-down Defense Position monsters are always flipped when changed to Attack Position. This change is called a Flip Summon when it's done manually.
Card effects that prevent monsters from changing battle positions only prevent them from changing their battle positions manually, but can still be affected by other card effects that change their battle positions. The only exception is "Raging Cloudian".
